Library

The library is carpetted with a plush red carpet that gives under your feet. Its walls are covered with shelves from the floor to the ceiling. Books fill every availible space. The furnishings are of oak and plush velvet upholstery. Two devans face each other with a small table between them. The table holds stacks of books. A desk dominates one end of the room, with scrolls and books mounded upon it. A candelabra with two candles lit sets to one side. A quill and inkwell sits ready on the other.

Greetings M'Friend. I hope you have not been kept waiting too long.
turning to the door you see what appears to be the gentleman from the portrait in the Hall. His appearance is rugged, yet refined. Standing 6 foot 6 inches, and broad-shouldered He fills the doorway.
I am Azriel Radu, Lord and Master of this small Manse. I regret I can't stay with you as I have urgent matters to attend to. Please feel free to look around, though. I hope your stay will be enjoyable. I only ask that you stay within the rooms on the list below. To explore beyond them has caused some unfortunate disappearances. In the Main Hall is a guestbook.
